Andrei is on the official entry list for Nats in Kazan (hopefully the city will bring good luck to him this time!!) I hope his training has been going well and he'll be able to kick butt! Awaiting December 24-28!!

Andrei is currently second place after the SP, behind Vladimir Uspenskiy by about 12 points....so I'm thinking he had a rough program. There isn't any breakdown of what elements were done or what the programs were like, all I've found so far is just the scoring.

It might be of little use, but I'll still post it.

Andrei will be in Kazan (information as of yesterday). A pretty much strong competition is expected (say, Menshov and Dobrin are also scheduled to participate). Andrei is in high spirits right now, he likes the fact that there will be strong rivals and he is set to... well... tearing them all into tiny...

The site is down but according to Anna's coach (she used to skate there) Andrei could be in Nice in October. Not that her coach isn't a reliable source, but the entries have always been a total mess !

New season test skate

I read somewhere that the test skate would be August 22 for the Russian team, and that because it is so early, the whole programs would not have to be shown, just elements. I'm wondering if after this test skate, there will be announcements as to who gets to go to Nebelhorn and other Senior "B" events? Here's hoping that there will be some sightings of Andrei's new program(s) sooner than December!!

The Austrian fed organises a Junior GP event this year which is probably why there's no KSM. Pavla, we're out of luck .

Anyway - anyone planning some trips?
The GP entry list will probably be announced next week. Then I'll decide if I'll be going to TEB. And I'll probably be going...
